Depending on type and specification the units are used
to serve the control units ( see control units)
or for autonomous climate control in vehicles, e.g. driver cabines or minibusses.

Automobile- Relays 12V, 24V

The BADER relays are devided in the following functions:
1. time relays with different time responses,  like
    impuls extension, switch- off delay, switch- on delay
2. voltage control relays, for monitoring the on board voltage for switched loads
3. Starter safeguard lock relays, for locking the start operation of running machines

CAN- Bus- Systems

The CAN-Bus is a typ of network, which is used mainly in the automotive engineering
He combines different control units, called nodes, to exchange informations.
The nodes are installed in the near of the sensors and actors.
The BADER air condicioning systems are built according to this principle.

The following systems serve komplex air conditioning tasks in one- deck and double- decker buses
Concerning the design and implemented software these are customer specified solutions.
They vary depending of the aggregates to be controlled and the "climatisation-philosophy" for
the different types of buses.
With these systems BADER delievers inportant manufacturers like MAN, Neoplan, Viseon.

Voltage converter

The voltage converter are for converting a 24V an bord voltage to a 230V AC signal.
They vary in different output powers.
The outputs are protected against overload and short cut.

Motor controller

The BADER motor controllers are devided in
- blower controller
- flap controller.

The blower controller changes the speed of a DC motor in dependence of a potentiometer value
or a atteched control voltage.
The flap controller changes  the angle of a servomotor in dependence of a potentiometer value
or a atteched control voltage.

CAN- control units

The devices can be used in different modes.
- "stand alone", all values are preseted, no handling required
- in combination with a control panel,  the communications works by CAN-BUS
- or with external switches and potentiometres,  e.g. a control console.

The major difference between the units is the number of inputs/ outputs.
By modification of the software it is possible to realize different customer requirements.

Thermostats

The BADER thermostats are used for carrying out simple control functions,
e.g. the climatisation of refrigerated trucks or refrigerated containers.
There are different control functions:
two-level controller, three-level controller, four-level controller.

Thermostat TR-238

Electronic two-level controller for for controlling of heating and cooling in climate control units
and vehicles. Relays-output with 1 potential-free 2- way contact.

Der Thermostat TR-280

Electronic three-level controller for for controlling of heating and cooling in climate control units
and vehicles. Relays-output with 2 potential-free 2- way contact.

Der Thermostat TR-282

Electronic three-level controller for controlling of heating and cooling in climate control unit
and vehicles. Relays-output with 2 potential-free 2- way contact.
The difference to the TR-280 is a additionally analog output for controlling blower moduls.

Der Thermostat TR-285

Electronic four-level controller for controlling of heating and cooling in climate control units
iand vehicles. Relays output with 3 potential-free 2- way contact.

Der Thermostat TR-330

Electronic two-level controller for for controlling of heating and cooling in climate control units
and vehicles. Relays-output with 1 potential-free 2- way contact.

Temperatur sensors

the BADER temperature sensors have different constructions depending of the application
- indoor temperature, roof channel temperature,
  convector temperature, blow out temperature.
- outdoor temperature, motor temperature,  evaporator temperatur.
